Professor Baum is Professor of Practice at the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, where he currently leads the Future of Real Estate Initiative. He is a world-leading authority on real estate and technology and author of the landmark 2017 report Proptech 3.0: The Future of Real Estate.
Professor Baum said: “I’m delighted to bring my experience and knowledge of the industry to PRODA. The current lack of data standardisation is a huge barrier to real estate companies using and sharing their data. PRODA is innovating to tackle this issue head-on.”
