The volume and high standards meant a great deal of time was spent on manual reporting and analysis, so they understand the frustrations and challenges you face when handling rent roll data.
PRODA was founded in 2017 to help clients prepare rent roll data quickly, efficiently and more accurately, giving commercial real estate businesses more time for value-added work.

PRODA serves two critical functions within the Revantage and Blackstone technology stacks. First, PRODA enables the team to centralize, harmonize, and certify our rent roll data across our global, disparate portfolio.
Second, we leverage a variety of PRODA’s outbound APIs to process our now standardized data downstream for integration with supplementary datasets and broad end-user consumption.
Given PRODA’s application offers analytic capabilities and is intuitive to use, we have rolled out the tool to hundreds of users across not only Blackstone and Revantage, but also our portfolio companies and operating partners.
