Senior Leadership Team
CEO & Co-Founder
Peter has spent his entire career in real estate investment and asset management. He worked across several European jurisdictions and property types on deals with core-plus to opportunistic investment profiles. During this time, Peter experienced first-hand the time- and resource-intensive data management practices that currently prevail in the industry, and became motivated to make a change. Peter holds a post-graduate degree in Business (Dipl.-Kfm.) from the University of Bayreuth and an MSc in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the University of Reading.
CPO & Co-Founder
Charles has a keen interest in innovative technologies and extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. He was with Tristan Capital Partners for several years, focusing on improving efficiency across Investments, Asset Management and Operations. In this role, Charles came to truly understand the fundamental pain points of the industry and how best to tackle them. Charles studied at the University of Cambridge, completing an undergraduate degree in Land Economy and an MPhil in Real Estate Finance. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst charters, and the Certificate in Quantitative Finance.
VP of Engineering
Colin has spent over 25 years at the forefront of banking and finance technology and innovation. From early internet applications, to AI – Colin has led small to large Engineering teams of more than 1500 people. With a relentless focus on customers, Colin strongly believes in Agile and Lean methods for delivering pragmatic and elegant solutions to complex problems.
