JLL’s path to faster decisions, scalable operations, and greater insights using PRODA
About JLL
JLL, one of the world’s largest real estate services firms, turned to PRODA to solve a complex global challenge: making property data consistent, scalable, and easy to work with across markets.
With operations in 80+ countries and teams spanning sectors and strategies, JLL needed a platform that would eliminate manual processes, standardize inputs, and integrate seamlessly with internal systems.
In this 3-minute video, see how PRODA delivered fast adoption across regions, improving data accuracy, accelerating workflows, and giving teams the confidence to work from a single source of truth.
The Challenge
Chris Sameth: “JLL is a global real estate service company, currently operating in 80 countries with over 110,000 employees around the world.
“Our biggest data challenge today is organizing our data so that the machine-learning models that we’re running on a daily basis can produce the results that we want.
“So, consistency and format, timeliness, and accuracy are really critical for the use of AI for both JLL and many businesses today. We need a solution that’s working for our people across regions and sectors and strategies.”
Jason Allalouf: “Growth requires scalability and standardization. JLL needed a platform that works for every team across all markets without requiring separate workflows or manual adjustments.”
The Solution
Chris Sameth: “So that’s where PRODA comes into play for us. It’s solving a lot of those inefficiencies. It’s creating consistent data collection, and then it’s allowing us to use our machine-learning models on top of that data in a very efficient, effective way.”
Jorge Martin Mora-Rey: “The good thing of PRODA is there is a fantastic use case. Nobody likes to input rent rolls or financials into spreadsheets or systems. So, it’s where AI brings genuine value to people and it’s easy to adopt.”
Jason Allalouf: “It comes down to adoption and integration. PRODA isn’t just about automation. It’s about making data accessible and actionable for every team. Plus, the API connectivity means it integrates smoothly with our internal systems. When you factor in all those benefits, PRODA easily outperforms our previous solution.”
Jorge Martin Mora-Rey: “We have other AI technologies that people are saying no, but to PRODA, when they see the value proposition, it’s super clear for them that it’s going to save time and they can focus on more value-add things, and not on this manual cleansing of data.”
Chris Sameth: “End goal is to provide greater transparency in the decision-making process so clients make the most informed decisions possible. PRODA allows us to efficiently do that.”
Jorge Martin Mora-Rey: “We evaluated many companies, I think the top four or five in the US, and PRODA was great in terms of AI. It’s how they work, how close they are to our issues.”
The Results
Jason Allalouf: “Working with PRODA has been extremely rewarding. We already knew that they were the best-in-class for rent roll capabilities. However, we challenged them to also expand into operating statements, which was a key part for our analysts and producers.
“It’s been extremely productive, and, at this point, our teams are absolutely ecstatic with the functionality. It’s saved them a significant amount of time within their workflow, and we plan to expand it into other markets and other asset classes.”
Jorge Martin Mora-Rey: “One of the beauties of PRODA is we can integrate that through API into a broader environment, and I think that’s something PRODA is doing better than others and also that it’s very scalable.
“You can do it in different languages, different countries, different sectors. As a global company and with my global role, I always search for global solutions.”
Chris Sameth: “PRODA is a catalyst for that expanded data capture as well as the insights then that we’re going to be able to develop.”
