Charles has a keen interest in innovative technologies and extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. He was with Tristan Capital Partners for several years, focusing on improving efficiency across Investments, Asset Management and Operations. In this role, Charles came to truly understand the fundamental pain points of the industry and how best to tackle them.
Charles studied at the University of Cambridge, completing an undergraduate degree in Land Economy and an MPhil in Real Estate Finance. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst charters, and the Certificate in Quantitative Finance.
Peter has spent his entire career in real estate investment and asset management. He worked across several European jurisdictions and property types on deals with core-plus to opportunistic investment profiles. During this time, Peter experienced first-hand the time- and resource-intensive data management practices that currently prevail in the industry, and became motivated to make a change.
Peter holds a post-graduate degree in Business (Dipl.-Kfm.) from the University of Bayreuth and an MSc in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the University of Reading.
Matthew Eric has 15 years of experience in delivering commercial software, with a strong focus on solving data science problems. He headed up the film industry’s first data science group at Universal Pictures. Under his leadership, the team successfully increased box office revenues and cut costs for several films, and expanded to television and home entertainment. He went on to found Gower Street Analytics, offering a suite of software simulating product release strategies in response to audience viewing habits to help studios make data-driven commercial decisions.
Matthew Eric holds an MSci in Mathematics and Theoretical Physics, and a PhD in Number Theory. He serves as an advisor on several academic and governmental boards on strategy and research for big data and machine learning.
Phil is a data and software engineer with years of industrial experience and a strong foundation in mathematics. He brings keen insight into the particulars of data- and statistics- driven software. He previously worked as a data scientist for NBCUniversal, where he developed complex statistical simulations to assess different release product release strategies.
Phil has a past life as an amateur game developer, and holds an MMath from Warwick University.
Ana has a degree in Communication and Media Studies from The Central University of Venezuela, and a Master’s degree in Multimedia Creation and Production from the Open University of Catalonia. Away from her desk, she enjoys live music, arts and street food markets.
So Young has a strong background in mathematics and a keen interest in data science. Through a series of internships at different companies during her training, she has gained experience in data analysis, visualisation and strategy.
So Young holds a BSc in Statistics from University College London. Alongside data science and finance, her interests include films, reading and tennis.
Catalin is passionate about designing human-centred experiences. He comes from an industrial design background where he developed products from consumer goods to specialised equipment for the space industry. Having mostly worked on IoT products, he fell in love with the digital side of the process and now designs digital experiences and interfaces.
Catalin has a Masters degree in Consumer Product Design from Coventry University.
Prachi is a business graduate with strong business development and trend analysis skills. She has previous experience in sales and marketing in the construction and hospitality industries.
Prachi has a Masters degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Warwick, where she served as a Student Ambassador, and has an interest in voluntary work.

Sam joins PRODA from managing and contributing to highly productive Engineering teams. He has not been tied to one industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge from AdTech, FinTech, and PropTech environments - from both rapidly-scaling startups and profitable businesses. Sam believes in the right tool for the job; having utilized a varied set of paradigms, he now advocates in the concepts of static functional programming.
Tanaka is an experienced software engineer with a focus on Haskell and functional programming. He has worked in software and app development across a range of industries, including an energy company, a digital strategy consultant, and a PropTech platform for residential real estate.
Tanaka has a BSc degree in Physics from Imperial College London. He has an interest in database design, electronics, and expanding his repertoire of programming languages and tools.
Stefan is a software engineer who is fluent in multiple programming languages and is an active contributor to Open Source projects. He has completed internships at IBM Research, Microsoft Research and RTM Realtime Monitoring.
Stefan has a BSc and MSc from Philipps-Universität, Germany, and is studying for a PhD from the University of Edinburgh, UK. His research focused on the provenance of database queries, and he has published several papers on this topic.
Martin is a software engineer with experience in large distributed software systems. He previously worked for Boeing Defence Australia, as part of a team focusing on surveillance jet aircraft. His approach is to utilize software design principles, test-driven development and collaboration to deliver mission-critical software.
Martin has a BEng in Electrical Engineering from the University of Queensland, Australia.
