The role

We are looking for a Head of Sales and Client Success to develop and progress PRODA’s sales pipeline and customer relationships. This role is for a proactive and professional individual with expertise in B2B SaaS sales, who relishes developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients beyond closing the initial deal.  You will work closely with PRODA’s CEO to develop and progress the sales pipeline, with the potential to build a larger sales team in the future. You will also work with the CPO and Real Estate Data Team to ensure that client needs continue to shape product development.

  • This is a permanent, full-time role. The core hours are 9AM–6PM Monday–Friday.
  • Salary: £65-85k p/a + commission, depending on experience and ability.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Sales pipeline development: You will work with the CEO to become familiar with PRODA’s current network and leverage existing leads, as well as generating new leads.
  • B2B SaaS product sales: You will pitch to and sign up new clients, initially supported by the CEO but later independently.
  • Client relations and success: You will continue to manage client relationships post-sale and act as a key point of contact.
  • Shape product development: You will communicate client priorities back to the Real Estate Data Team and be involved in setting development milestones to ensure that client needs are met. You will lead meetings between clients and the product development team.
  • Awareness-raising: As member of the PRODA team, you will raise the company’s profile in the commercial real estate and PropTech sectors through networking and attending marketing events.
  • Tracking and reporting: You will establish and maintain a CRM system, and provide regular status updates to the wider team.

 

Skills and experience

  • Sales experience and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of previous experience in B2B SaaS sales. Prior experience and contacts in the commercial real estate and/or PropTech industries is a bonus but not a pre-requisite.
  • Ability to close deals autonomously (SME and Enterprise)
  • Tech-savvy, and keen to learn how our product works and the benefits it can bring to clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Capable of working autonomously without close management.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, including tracking and follow up skills.
  • Enthusiasm to work as part of a small start-up team, with the prospect of establishing a dedicated sales and client success team.
